My time with MDW Associates was, without question, the best employment experience of my career. The company operates with an exceptional level of integrity and ethics, and its commitment to employees is genuine—not just something written in a mission statement. MDW truly cares about its employees and their families. Leadership creates a supportive environment where people are valued, respected, and empowered to succeed. The company provides outstanding benefits and compensation, invests in its workforce, and ensures employees have the tools, resources, and training needed to perform at their best. One of the things I appreciated most was the trust placed in employees. Management was always available to provide guidance and support when needed, but they never resorted to micromanagement. Instead, they fostered a culture of accountability, professional growth, and mutual respect. MDW Associates sets the standard for what an employer should be. Cons
The only downside to my experience with MDW Associates was that it came to an end sooner than I had hoped. Due to contract funding changes, my position was eliminated. If given the opportunity, I would have gladly continued my career with MDW in another role. That fact alone speaks volumes about the company. It is rare to find an organization where you genuinely enjoy coming to work, feel valued as both an employee and a person, and have complete confidence in its leadership and mission.
