Pros

MDLIVE service for employees at no cost. Great training and entry level pay.

Cons

Micromanage employees, bathroom breaks are monitored counted as time away, and after a long call (1hour+ this really can happen) you are asking for a lot of information from patient and want to be kind not a robot. But you have very little time to document, 7 minutes was QA call time. It was impossible at times and frankly a disservice to the patients.

EHR is easy to use, ample clients to provide services to, all marketing and billing is handled by MDLive,

Cons

Low pay per hour relative to private practice, little ability to select the type of clients you work with.
