      Pros

      Nice place to learn new things and move over. Great people.

      Cons

      The "fast-paced environment" in MDLIVE's term book mean hectic change of directions, lack of quality control, sudden layoffs of 20 people or more, bad communication between business branches. Open-space is the worst idea if you need to cut-off noise and distraction.

      EHR is easy to use, ample clients to provide services to, all marketing and billing is handled by MDLive,

      Low pay per hour relative to private practice, little ability to select the type of clients you work with.
