      Pros

      They have a solid network of IT opportunties. Their clients are very comfortable with them (easy to place people). The rates are very good (contractor rate that is, obviously must be pricy to client). The time to placement was very good (not a lot of hoops to jump through). This consulting company was recommended by a friend who had done a few contracts, so it seems to be overall a decent organization.

      Cons

      They pretty much are a place you and run type of consulting company. Its fine overall, but knowing some feedback about the client/consulting company relationship and your involvement would be a plus.

      Pros

      Positive things are happening at MDI and it started with Ella coming back in as the CEO. She listened to what changes needed to happen and the company is moving in a great direction by being focused on sales and headcount. Kickoff was amazing this year. Leadership really listened to us and brought back the trainers that added real value to our recruiting staff. Looking around the room it was nice to see people with 13 years sales experience mentoring people with 5 and 3 years experience. What was more refreshing was that there was 5 women in leadership there and they are kicking butt with their teams! President's Club criteria is finally changing and more people are going to get to go....It really is a great place where great people work!
