this place is awful. senior managers bully staff and HR ignore it. if u complain they say its your fault or call it a resilience issue. loads of people quit and never replaced and more jobs come up every week but no one wants to apply cause everyone knows its bad. they talk all day about culture and image but its just fake. then u come on here and see 2 super reviews posted just days apart saying all the same nice things. anyone who actually works here can see the difference cause real staff don’t write like that. no flexibility, forced 3 days in office, micro managed so tight u cant even think about an interview somewhere else. pay is low, promotions go to favorites only, meetings are pointless. best thing i can do is get out. dont waste your time here.
