Decent share purchase & benefits plans. Used to have great culture. Very little pros remain.
Cons
Increased sales pressure with no fixes to the problems that led to this increased pressure. Compliance is weaponized to drive proprietary product selection. Management openly pressures staff to push higher margin PIC investments (including private market products) in spite of regulations meant to protect advisor independence and consumer protection. Books if business get reassigned according to manager whim with zero planning which has resulted in widespread client & advisor attrition over many years. Few advisors built their book, they just inherit and learn the ropes via trial by fire. Volume-based business with +200 households per advisor, many with +300.
