Pros

Not that I can think of!!

No Responsibility: Nobody is responsible for anything...always someone else. Inflexibility - Management is totally inflexible and does NOT offer any help to employees. Getting simple things done like getting a working laptop and software installed take a lifetime and at the end you are blamed for that. Management is too unresponsive and slow but is quick to blame employees for their issues. Employee concerns: Employees get totally frustrated with wrong focus on everyday money making rather than proper planned strategy, which results in people leaving with very little notice. Getting things like employer certificate and other documents is too much of a pain even after leaving the company. No concerns for employee or ex-employee needs. Work Environment: No positive appreciation for your work and management expects you to do everything on your own without providing any resources. Ergonomics: Nobody cares about ergonomics, simple things like a good chair or fresh air is luxury and office is constantly dirty. Skills: Hiring policy is very bad, one person is supposed to do job of 3 people, and it is very hard to learn new skills. High churn rate - People get too frustrated with thsir work environment and inflexibility, leave as soon as they get any chance to leave.

Pros

Very few. I suppose the office is in a convenient location for public transport.

Cons

Blame culture - It's always someone else's fault Inflexibility - Management have decided a strategy incompatible with market conditions but they plough on anyway High churn rate - People either get frustrated and leave or are let go with very little notice

Pros

Startup environment. People are generally friendly.

Cons

It's hard to figure out who is responsible for particular things. No appreciation for your work (working long hours is expected). No one cares about ergonomics. The office is always dirty. You get a feeling that the company follows a Carpe Diem strategy, nothing is really defined. It's hard to say that there is a chance of learning new skills.
