      - Soviet type of management (i.e. no management at all) - Not a market driven company - Some people are sitting and doing nothing while the others are working hard

      - Among few Russian companies that work with current semiconductor design flow. - Good people to work with, intelligent, professional and motivated. - Will give a sense of serving needs of your country if you are patriot.

      Cons

      - Compensation will probably disappoint you - The deadlines are usually unreasonable, work-life balance is not very good - Combing research with current work is possible, but very difficult
