Pros
There is a lot of earning potential if you like walking door to door to “inform people on the chance to upgrade your cable package” Lots of room for growth.
Cons
The job was advertised as a position where we would be performing marking on different products to different types of customers however what actually occurred was we walked door to door in different neighborhoods from 1-8:30pm asking if they wanted to upgrade their cable package to the new fiber lines offered through AT&T Also new “account managers” took classes about how we are doing is not soliciting to avoid problems with law enforcement. This was not a good experience for me. Other people may like it but this was a waste of my time and I did not feel like it was very professional environment. The teams likes too have a lot of fun while going to the office to meet and do basically nothing. The second half of the day you walk the corner “selling” cable upgrades
