Enjoyable learning environment! - Financial Analyst MCM Financial Group Employee Review

Worked there part time while still working for another company that's much larger. I thought it would just be another good source of additional income but I learned so much in this company. The time I spent there has proved to be so valuable than I expected. I didn't expect to learn so much and the owner really takes care of his employees. When I was there, it's evident the employees deeply care for each other.

No cons. For those considering to work here, just keep in mind it's a small, old fashioned firm.

I worked here as an admin assistant while finishing my college degree. I have a completely different major, nothing related to finance but the owner gave me a chance. I have learned so much about finance, office procedures, and interacting with customers, that it has prepared me so much when I moved to a big company. I will forever be indebted to the mentorship and lessons I learned in this firm.
