      Nothing control of others all the time

      Leaders are not open to feedback All leaders are totally okay with segregation as they fully support the desire to keep individuals separate from one another yet on weekends they are mixed with all- if you don’t support their narrative you will be pushed out- also was advised not to hire individuals

      The company sicks, not a good place to work...

      Cons

      MCM Capital/BSI Financial is not a good place to work. The working environment is extremely hostile and management act in a minor that encourage poor behavior. The employee are allow to use profanity with no regard for there fellow employee. The office environment is very unprofessional and employee's turnover is very high. They pay employee low wages and heavy workload. Stay away from this company........
