      Pros

      For the most part was a good experience. Built friendships with other workers on the site and most employees are good people. Handwork but it is to be expected for such a position.

      Cons

      If you get stuck on a site with a bad super it will not be a fun experience. Most supers are nice but I have heard horror stories.

      Working for MCL Construction in Omaha has been a great experience. The company values hard work, maintains a strong team environment, and provides opportunities to grow professionally. Management is supportive, and the people make it an enjoyable place to work.

      Cons

      They do not pay any overtime if you are in the operations sector.

      Pros

      Flexible with outside of work schedule. Big company with a small company feel. Growth is possible with time, not locked in at a certain position. Offers a lot of learning opportunities on and off site. Overtime opportunities. Great benefits as well.

      Cons

      Pay isn’t the highest compared to other companies.
