They pay much higher than the industry standard. There’s a lot to like about working at MCIM, but for me it’s the paycheck. I’m paid better here for my experience and knowledge than I would be anywhere else.

No real opportunity to get promoted or move up in the company.

Pro- employee, well managed, family owned type atmosphere
