Pros

1. Remote or On-Site 2. Super Easy "Two Week" Training but you are really on the floor Day 2 helping customers order from different company catalogues. 3. Quiet Environment even on Site at Savannah Mall. You really just trickle in and out and they just want you to make the hours.....schedule is very much what you want it to be. 4. I had no idea what they were talkin about at training but like I said, by day two they said "OK go help customers" and thats all it took, anyone can catch on. I ordered things online for older people that had a catalog of items to search from. 5. The women in charge are purdy cool AT FIRST , but my only negative inj working here is my background check came in , almost two weeks later, and I was fired for a drug charge. I am listed as being on probation and although i talked to others who worked there with felonies, I guess they just didnt like me. Dunno. The job is an instant blessing. I was crushed to lose it. But if you want a job......want one now.....dont wanna use your brain.....and have patience and a good attitude with others,,,...You're in. Decent Pay. $13 an hour but it feels like you shouldnt make that because u literally need no skills.

background check Dont let people see ur computer screen. IF someone sits behind you move and dont repeat numbers out loud. Stay discrete and Trustworthy

Pros

The training I received at MCI has been outstanding and has prepared me exceptionally well for my role. The trainers are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping employees succeed. The training program provided a thorough understanding of company policies, systems, and customer service expectations while offering hands-on experience that built my confidence. I especially appreciate the supportive learning environment and the continuous guidance provided throughout the process.
