Pros
The direct team leads are usually very good A lot of nice coworkers The projects- if they ever come to fruition- are usually fine Remote work is available
Cons
They're obscenely disorganized and the higher ups are incompetent They offer you projects, then cancel training with no notice They lie about jobs being available, leaving you without work This is not a solitary complaint from a whiner- they've done this to me and other's more than once. It's a pattern. They don't respond to their emails or phone calls, so if you need to get ahold of anyone before you're assigned a supervisor for your project, you're out of luck Good performance has no impact on your pay, your job opportunities, or whether-or-not they'll screw you out of jobs in the future. You feel like a number If you actually do get into the projects they offer you, they pay less than other companies for the same work The benefits are terrible and astronomically expensive
