Pros
Obviously varies by office, but the people I worked with were fantastic Perks - especially coming up to the holiday season. Dinners, quizzes, BBQs, Hotel Stays, Freebies, etc. Flat organisational structure The Wellbeing Committee in the office I worked in were unbelievable. The work they put in organising events, goodies, etc. made it a lovely place to work every day.
Cons
Disorganised at times Compensation wasn't great Marketing department in the MCI office where I worked was relatively new and was constrained by small budgets. Plenty of space to be creative, but was always constrained due to lack of funds
