Agree with review from “Technologist” with out of touch leadership, technical debt, underresourced teams. Too many avoidable bugs because of rushed/hacked jobs.
A number of employees avoid work, take credit for other people’s work, or unload work on others. Deadlines on big projects get missed time and again but not much accountability. It’s always someone else’s fault or out of anyone’s control. Passive aggressiveness is pervasive.
Many people are remote but if you are based in Seattle, working from home is frowned upon (altho leadership recently sent a notice that they are working on letting sick people with colds work from home).
