Owned by private equity with limited budget. Take advantage and low ball fresh grads and people on career break. VP intents on daily in office soon. Long hours, mean management and blaming game. High politics, two faced, insincere and favouritism. A few managers and director have been with the company for many years and they are excellent in earning brownie points with VP: gifting coffee, souvenirs, Xmas gifts, collecting and delivering laundry to VP's home, and every weekend bringing VP out for cafe hopping. Managers and director from Fortune 500 resigned before confirmation. 3 CEOs, 3 CFOs, 2 CHROs, 1 CAO and several presidents in 4 years.
