UK sites fall short of MCC global opportunities. - Press Operator MCC Employee Review

Failed and overlooked by European counterparts. UK plants do not provide the employee engagement and support shown at other global sites. Highly skilled workforce with unmeasurable years of experience within the printing industry managed by number crunchers answering to faceless shareholders. As a senior press operator with 30+ years experience I am absolutely appalled by the current senior management team in the UK Europe and have been let down badly when we most needed them to fight our corner. Inept hiring of both plant and regional managers has led to terrible business decisions being made leading the company to shut major once highly profitable sites being marked for closure with assets being moved to European sites.
