Pros
The people on the factory floor are knowledgeable, willing to help out and often friendly. A good range of different print technologies. Overtime was often available. Central location in Adelaide minutes from CBD. Is a workplace that will offer apprenticeships & traineeships. Diverse, many staff from many backgrounds.
Cons
Rewards not matching efforts. Inconsistencies in many areas, not addressed by HR. Poor culture, too many things swept under the carpet & not dealt with. Carrots dangled and promises made, frequently let down. The business does some things right, some staff are ‘lifers’ for better or worse. Several different owners in the past decade means instability and forever moving goalposts. Could do so much better. Printing offset in a non climate controlled environment is asking for trouble too.
