      Pros

      Decent Benefits Not much else no really run you might find someone you like since the management sucks you can take hour breaks when you feel like it.

      Cons

      Terrible/lazy management. No pay increases or promotions You will be harassed by management sexually and otherwise None of the workers have anything good to say about the place The product they put out is always full of problems. They'll blame you when the customer sends it back.
