Continuous Improvement is an ongoing journey and we hope ours will drive improved employee engagement, thus reduced turnover, and ongoing opportunities for Leadership Development. Since year-end 2016, we piloted a Leadership Development Training program that has touched 200+ leaders at MCC world-wide.
