- Freedom to Manage your own workload day to day and develop your own system within limits
- Ability to select your own Field Partners and build relationships with them
- Allowed to go to lunch anytime between 12 - 1
- If you are self disciplined and a good problem solver after at least 6 mos+ on the job you can figure things out for the most part.
Cons
- Management is only RE-active and not PRO-active - everything is a "putting out fire" kind of mentality.
- There is no structure to management - each manager just manages the best way they know how? Which unfortunately for some, they have no idea how to mange or even know how to talk to people professionally.
- Training = NOT AVAILABLE - you get about a 1 week period of shadowing with a combination of having managers give you a 30 min rundown of their process and that's it!
- Every department is very segregated from each other even though you're all working towards the same goal. In passing they won't even smile or talk to you.
- PTO time is minimal 9 days a year - sick and vacation time COMBINED!!!!
- IT systems are horrible - server or breaker is down at least once or twice every week.
