      People are great. Owned by GSI Commerce and eBay, so potential for success and investment has increased. Starting to invest in the right people and technologies.

      Cons

      Management doesn't keep employees inform Holding current employees hostage in bad job market. Still penny-pinching the budget and usually one hand doesn't know what the other is doing.
