Completely disorganized company - Assistant Project Manager MBI Group Employee Review

- Wonderful/kind group of office employees - Great work hours (not too early) - Not an overly stressful work environment (if you know what you're doing) - Management may treat to breakfast/lunch occasionally

- No Wifi in office

Honestly lunchtime! Just take the full hour get out of that crazy office and turn off you cell phone while out to lunch.

Everything. The atmosphere is calming until the owner Ed Campanella gets in. Then holy hell breaks out. You have to walk on eggshells. Hires his family and then fires them. He scrams thru the loud speaker and demands attention. Makes you run errands his personal ones. Terrible boss and owner Ed Campanella was and terrible company. Has 3 companies all his but put in different names as the owner. Union and non union- MBI, Pinnacle, and Builders Group. Has employees that food around and play games and shop online.
