Not a good place to work - General Staff MBI Employee Review

bad management, HR not supportive, if you're a good employee they will pile more and more responsibilities on you without proper monetary compensation. If you're a lazy employee they leave you alone, maybe even give you a raise. poor attitudes and workmanship is rewarded unfortunately. upper management is almost non existent, you're just a number to them. managers/supervisors are allowed to constantly speak and act in disrespectful and inappropriate manners with absolutely no repercussions for their actions.
