      Pros

      Flexible working with regards to hours and location (role dependent). Opportunities for career development in areas and roles I'd have never considered. Many excellent support networks. Great on-site facilities and subsidised catering.

      Cons

      Promotions are hard to come by unless you change function or leave the company altogether (sometimes feel there isn't the commitment to keep employees?) but they are possible, just frustrating when you can see inconsistency across levels / grades. I could get paid higher elsewhere, however the sum of all the additional benefits are definitely worth taking into account.

Huge sense of belonging working in an innovative environment in order to develop, produce and deliver cutting edge technologies within our products for our nationals and export customers. Fantastic work life balance opportunities with hybrid working pattern.

      Cons

      Due to the nature of our products (Defence) it might sometimes be difficult or inappropriate sharing our day to day job achievements or successes outside the company.

      Fantastic company to work for. Great Benefits. Relaxed Atmosphere 90% of the time.

      Cons

      Pay could have been much better. Not much room for growth.
