      Lots of cool start-up companies in the field of Life Science and Biotech. Bosses are very nice and love to support and grow the teams. Very supportive and excellent teamwork. Lots of scientific machines are great for first-timer in the laboratory environment.

      High expectation. Constant changes and challenges.
