Pros

Nothing more than normal, only free coffee and food sometimes

Cons

Worst place to work, expensive benefits and micromanagement. Poor management system. Hidden politics would never let you know about. You will do more than what you signed in the offer letter. No reviews or reevaluation and no any bonuses as they mentioned when you do good job. Submitted 2 weeks notice and they terminated me so they don't pay my PTOs.

Good morning and thank you for leaving your feedback. We strive to offer best in class benefits to our employees including low cost options. As far as the PTO goes, regretfully, we do not pay out unused time at resignation. Here is an excerpt from our handbook: “Accrued unused PTO balances are not paid out upon termination unless required by law in the individual’s state of employment.” We appreciate the time you took to let us know how you feel and wish you nothing but luck in the new year.

None. Really. Sometimes they have parties.

Cons

This company is giving people gift cards to leave positive reveiws so don't trust what people are saying. This company will change your schedule, make promises they never intend to keep and make the job harder to do to please investors and management who have no idea how to do the jobs they do usually. The middle management is unkind, unprofessional and fighting constantly for glory. Awful place to work. The work is easy. The workplace environment seems okay at first until you realize how they operate and that they do not care about their employees, work life balance or anything. The pay is pretty awful and they will only ever give negative feedback. They play favorites alot for some departments over others.
