      Pros

      Very nice and calm working environment. No stress and fix releases. You get 1 hour/ week for gym and 4 hours/ week to spend education to learn about new technologies or work related things.

      Cons

      Salary is very low and after you get permanent it is difficult to get a raise in line with the current job market.
