Pros
Maverick gives a good salary. The flex time schedule as a co-op was absolutely perfect. Balancing courses, and work was possible. A genuinely fun place to work too. Maverick keeps the office lively with fun holiday events and activities. The coworkers were fun too! Also, the CEO was a very down to earth guy, who the employees could actually meet in the on-boarding process. Very cool company!
Cons
The work can be slow or non-existent. I personally went three months without a project to work on, and a combined total of seven months of no project work. I was also actively pursuing management and coworkers to see if I could help them with anything. My advice to future employees. Ask your Project Manager as soon as you start a project how fast you should be completing the deliverables (HMI'S or whatever) and stay late for free to make sure you get it done in time. They have let a lot of people walk out, who I personally think they should have made an effort to keep. The result is a pretty large amount of inexperience in certain areas.
