Most people were friendly and easy to talk to.
Cons
The plant floor is extremely hot in the summer. Departments rarely cleaned their areas. The building was cluttered with finished product collecting dust plus other items I never seen used. It's basically a big welding shop so it was impossible to keep anything clean for more than an hour.
