For no experiense people this job ok. For no certificate or no nurse assistant schooling this job ok

Salary low for hard job. Full time resive only part time like hours. No duble pay , no vacaytion pay, no health insurance 401 we pay. Scheduling bad always change and sometimes only two hours work not good for us because we pay gas. Company no pay gas. Pay check sometimes wrong hours paid , off few hours.
