Pros
interesting job with many opportunities to develop business and to select great candidates for vacant jobs. You are the key contact between client, employee, administrative and candidate. Apart from recruiting, your main focus is to develop and deepen the work relationship with your client with final goal to increase sales.
Cons
Divisions were not always well structured and intern communication did not always take place. Workshops or staff development are very limited. Improvements/ changes are sometimes not well-thought-out which reflects that the CEOs do not consider the advice or concerns of the Head Managers.
