Pros
Management was great when I was there, lots of value given to each individual employee as well as working culture. Given materials to succeed and make more money with every shift.
Cons
Company unsure of which direction it wants to take with vibe and identity of restaurant. Not much work/life balance. Hours will demand a lot of mental and physical energy.
