I have worked for Marc for almost 6 months and they really care about their employees. Also working with the people we serve brings joy every day, knowing that I am by their side as a friend, and as their job coach.
People served are treated well and receive good care. There are dedicated staff members who value the work they do and consistently work in the best interests of the people they support.

A recent change in administration has resulted in a focus on appearances rather than substance. This impacts morale and the level of focus placed on the preferences of people served.
