Pros
Mantech has always been good to me when I have worked for them in the past. As a military contractor they really work hard to retain their employees and they focus on training and giving some incentives. Overall, Mantech really does value their work force.
Cons
They are not very helpful when you get injured and need to file insurance. At times you do not have any HR support. For example, when I got hired, I had to contact so many different people in HR just to get simple information about enrolling in my benefits. Then when you need to use your medical benefits HR acts like they have never had to take a shower of something like this before.
