      Pros

      I have been with ManTech for over six years. Once I joined the company, I felt like I was a part of a family. ManTech cannot match the thought and care they have for their employees along with promoting work-life balance If you show that you care and are open to learning to grow with the company, Mantech will award you many growth opportunities. Recently, being promoted has shown I am a valuable part of a family. I have been awarded for my hard work and for going above my job duties. I am so glad I came to ManTech because they gave me a career, not a job.
