Pros
If you finish your contract or end on good terms, ManTech will always hire you back. The same faces stick around for years. Everyone is very knowledgable and helpful from the admin at corp. ManTech has very strong ethics, a proven background and committed to securing the future. The pay is great if you are willing to work the hours and do what is neccessary to complete the mission.
Cons
Defense Contracting creates a culture of fear of losing your job/position. It seems like it is talked about often, but hardly do layoffs occur.
