      Pros

      - Friend team dynamic and everyone is hear to help. Whenever I have any questions I'm able to ask my manager or team members and they are here to help. - Even though I work remotely I like going into the office for events and getting to meet other members of my team and ManTech. - The benefits are good and when you join ManTech is transparent about working with you to get to the compensation you're looking for or are willing to work with you. - ManTech promotes within and they celebrate your victories. Having that supportive mentality has been a big benefit when dealing with tough challenges. Each week the company highlights individuals that have help strengthen different sectors of the company. I always like seeing this because taking the time to do thee little things means the organization does value the small items as much as large ones.

      Cons

      - When I first joined I was thrown into my program. My manager was transparent about this and honestly it wasn't so much a con for me cause once at a Senior level you should be ready to familiarize yourself with the tools the first two weeks. For anyone not used to this it it could be a bit shocking, but management and everyone else works with you to get you up to speed and to a comfortable place going into week 3. - Any thing in recruiting is fast paced, so if your not up to the challenge of keeping up with candidates on a daily bases/weekly then Technical Recruiting will be a challenge for you. But if you like a challenge it is excited and fulfilling to be able to place someone on a position they are excited about joining.

      Pros

      Working at ManTech has given me the perfect balance between my career and personal life. The flexible work schedule and remote options make managing daily life stress-free, and the generous vacation time means I can actually disconnect and recharge when I need to. On top of that, the education benefits are incredible—the company actively invests in my growth by covering tuition and certifications, making it easy to advance my skills while working.

      Cons

      On the downside, the day-to-day experience can be a bit of a gamble because your work-life balance and schedule flexibility depend entirely on the customer and contract you support. If you end up on a rigid client site, those perks can feel pretty limited. Additionally, the medical benefits are just okay—they cover the basics, but they are nothing spectacular compared to what other government contractors offer.
