Pros
Medium-sized company with decent management and pretty straightforward jobs overall. Not bad relationships to be had between management and lower level employees.
Cons
Low pay and bare minimum benefits policy that ends up costing too much for employees, so many opted out for cheaper state options. Strict vacation policy but can be worked around depending on department and supervisor.
