      -Excellent people, -No pressure, -Place full of opportunities that allow people to develop themselves, -Really great international environment from almost every country, -Many company events, -Employees can have their own opinion.

      Cons

      -Big chaos, -Big rotation of employees , -No procedures for many topics, -Salary lower than that of the competition, -Low amount of manuals and small knowledge base, -Mahle still is present in Russia.

      Pros

      I learned a lot from working at this company. There are so many opportunities for growth you just have to ask for them. Great manager to intern communication, I never felt alone when working on any project. Towards the end of my internship I was working along side everyone on the team acting as a full time employee.

      Cons

      The work can start to get repetitive after a while. It is important to keep asking for new tasks, or work along side different members of your team each week to get a chance to work in different areas of packaging.
