      Pros

      MAHLE is overall a great company to work for. Management trusts their employee's but Germany does not. Progressive environment. Benefits are great. Colleagues are great.

      Cons

      Culture is dependent on department. No accountability for management. German owned organization = micromanaging EVERYTHING. Pay equity across the organization. Below average salaries. Loosing many colleagues to competitors due to required hybrid environment. Lot's of great ideas but nothing comes to light.

      Pros

      I learned a lot from working at this company. There are so many opportunities for growth you just have to ask for them. Great manager to intern communication, I never felt alone when working on any project. Towards the end of my internship I was working along side everyone on the team acting as a full time employee.

      Cons

      The work can start to get repetitive after a while. It is important to keep asking for new tasks, or work along side different members of your team each week to get a chance to work in different areas of packaging.
