A lot of systems, processes and polices are archaic. Lots of people have worked here for 15+ years, including most managers. They have no outside of the company experience and it makes it hard to make changes. Also favoritism can be pretty apparent with this group. MAHLE North America needs to improve polices and employee benefits to insure they can keep the good people that are hired. Pay seems descent, at par with most companies. Salary increases and bonus potential is there every year. NO, ZERO work from home policy.
