You will get a chance to work on a number of projects and will work on all the cycles of like Agile mythologies . also you will get to learn the majority of new technologies individually ,because they want same thing from yours whereas they get earn more money from yours if you are willing so you can go for it ..
Cons
Worst department only 8 people in company . Not at all employee friendly policies.Which means if no punch out of the floor, even to reach out to from simple cigaret / lunch shop ,you have no option where will you go because company like as small shop , which you will often not want .
