Pros
Great culture and community that support work life balance and a management that allows for great autonomy and independence.
Cons
Recent restructuring were conducted extremely poorly with management acknowledging the failures. System and processes are not there yet which results in duplication of work and lots of manual labor. No clear direction from the top and flavor of the month type of strategic guidance. Managers that do not actively check-in with their team and discuss development plans and goals - the onus is on the individual to be driven enough to book time with their managers. Increments are low and does not factor in individual performance and contribution (only references inflation), and promotions are easier found by rotating to other roles as management prefers to parachute in managers from outside rather than looking internally.
