Pros

1. You can come in office anytime, the worst HR will only issue warning letter if you late to work, they will not fire you 2. Is normal for the staff here take multiple time sick leave in a month, or fully utilize sick leave in a year 3. You are able to lepak during office hour or enjoy breakfast and tea time by sitting at pantry for 1-2 hours, talking loud and laughing loud, nobody will complain because this is absolutely normal 4. You will be promoted as long as you got the long service in this company. You will be granted power of not to work, TAI CHI work to other team member and do whatever you like or even talking rude. Big bosses will still respect you and treat you as god 5.You can say NO If you don't like the task assign by your boss, you can delay the task forever, they will not force you and will not take any action even you show bad attitude 6.Most of the time staff here will browse social media or online shopping during office hour. company will not question more when you pretend busy with task 7.You can survive happily as long as you know to pretend hardworking in front bosses. Because they will not find out deeper even project get impacted.

Pros

The work pace is generally relaxed with minimal pressure, making it a comfortable environment for those who prefer stability. Colleagues are friendly, approachable, and supportive, which helps create a pleasant day-to-day working experience. The overall workplace culture is calm, and the environment is generally comfortable, allowing employees to perform their tasks without excessive stress.

Cons

Before joining, I had heard many positive reviews about the company, particularly around the opportunity to learn advanced technologies. A close friend who previously worked there had a strong learning experience and later moved on to a good opportunity in Singapore. However, after I joined, I experienced a significant gap between those expectations and reality. I later learned that the management team had been reshuffled prior to my joining, which may explain the drastic change in culture, leadership quality, and technical direction. Unfortunately, the current environment is affected by biased leadership and favoritism, where recognition and opportunities are limited to a small group. There is a lack of clear direction and weak leadership, with responsibilities often pushed down without proper guidance or accountability. Growth opportunities are limited, and the role is largely focused on contribution rather than development.
