Cons
All of the good leaders were fired for doing what was ethical and looking out for us painters. Now it is an unsafe and cut throat environment, you can't trust anyone. They will take shortcuts in the painting of the plane to get it out of the hangar. Big turn over of personal, always mistakes and damage to the aircraft being covered up by new management. No long term future here, but they will promise the world to you then abuse you. Safety is not top priority.
Pay starts at $12 to paint planes, ridiculous.
