      Great New Shop with room to grow and build the clientele to the endless high levels. The shop has a lot of space for expanding the business.

      Cons

      This is a small business that does not have benefits. No medical insurance, no matching 401k, no sick days. Only 5 days of vacation after 1 year of work.
