Pros
I have learned a lot and have been challenged in other ways. I had to be quick on my feet and make sure I put the customer before myself. It's a 4 person office, so you know what is on everyone's daily agenda and you work close with one another.
Cons
The winter is very slow, not a lot of people coming in tour with you. Makes your work day feel very long. Some days feel the same.
